Urban FoodCare is a low cost grocery and fresh food shop located in Menai in the Sutherland Shire. Our aim is to help support individuals and families who may need a hand accessing basic food items and other necessities due to long or short term financial difficulty.

We are located at: 13/800-812 Old Illawarra Road, Menai NSW 2234.

The shop is open during school terms at the following times;

• Thursdays 5pm to 7pm  – With tea and coffee available for customers
• Fridays 9.30am  – 11.30am – With morning tea for customers
